Refund Policy

Short version: all sales are final. Our products are digital, delivered instantly, and cannot be returned. Please use the free or demo version and read the system requirements before you buy. Last updated 08/03/2026.

Because our products are digital content delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, credits or cancellations once delivery has begun. This includes: changing your mind; buying the wrong product; buying twice by mistake and downloading both; not having read the system requirements; your computer, operating system, DAW or hardware not being compatible; not knowing how to use the software; no longer wanting it; and a sale or discount appearing after your purchase.

At checkout you expressly ask us to begin delivery immediately and you acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose any statutory right to cancel that would otherwise apply to digital content. We record that consent with your order. Delivery begins the moment your license key is issued.

Where a free version, demo, trial or interactive preview is offered, it is offered so you can confirm the product suits you before paying. Please use it. We also publish system requirements and screenshots on every product page and answer pre-sales questions by email.

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period already paid for, and you keep access until that period ends. We do not refund partly used periods or renewals you forgot to cancel.

We will put things right where the fault is ours. We will refund, replace or re-issue if: you were charged more than once for the same order; you were charged and never received your licence key and we cannot deliver it; or the product is materially not as described on its product page and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time. Contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we will investigate.

Nothing in this policy affects rights you have under the law of your own country that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights in respect of digital content that is faulty, not as described, or not fit for a purpose you told us about before buying. Where such a right applies, we honour it.

If something is wrong, contact us first — we answer quickly and we can usually fix it faster than a bank can. Starting a chargeback instead of contacting us does not create a right to a refund that this policy does not give. When a chargeback is raised we will respond to it with our delivery records: the timestamp of purchase, the IP address used, the consent to immediate delivery described above, the license key issued, the email it was sent to, and any subsequent activation or download of that key. Licences associated with a reversed payment are terminated and deactivated, and we may decline future orders.
